Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

Handmade Products

Every piece is individually handcrafted using premium resin rhinestones. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in rhinestone placement, colour, or overall appearance may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Payments

Payment must be made in full before we begin processing your order.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for each customer. Once a custom order has been confirmed and payment has been made, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be possible.

The Moonlet Stone Co. name, logo, branding, website content, and product photographs are the intellectual property of Moonlet Stone Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in creating and packaging every order, Moonlet Stone Co. is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
