Processing Time

• Premade Pieces: Please allow approximately 3–4 business days for your order to be carefully prepared before delivery.
• Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for your order to be handcrafted before it's ready for delivery.

If your order contains both premade and made-to-order items, your order will be delivered once all items are ready.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

We currently offer local delivery within selected areas in Singapore.

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Free local delivery is available for orders above S$250.
• Once your order is ready, we'll notify you with your estimated delivery date.

Order Updates

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know when your order is ready for delivery.

Delays

As every piece is handmade with care, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods or high order volumes. If this happens, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
